**Structure:** Each house includes two self-catering, one-bedroom apartments.

**Tiny Home Features:** Each floor (top and lower) features one-bedroom, ensuite shower, a small kitchen, and an open living space.

In addition to the open living space and kitchen, each tiny home is adorned with a special feature—a mini garden, encompassing a green space surrounding the house. Moreover, every house within the Tiny House community is enclosed by a 2-meter-high wall, ensuring privacy and security.
